Stephen brings over 30 years of operational experience as the head of leading regional and global organizations including ICI, Zeneca (now AstraZeneca and Syngenta), GSK, and Lee Kum Kee. During his tenure, Stephen commissioned over 10 manufacturing facilities in Greater China and the US, and successfully took them to leadership positions in their respective sectors.

Stephen has a distinguished track record in technology applications, manufacturing, and marketing of world-class healthcare, consumer, and industrial brands across Asia and the West.

Stephen was educated in the UK and holds a Joint Honours BSc degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry, a PhD in Chemistry, and an MBA. Professionally, he is a Chartered Scientist (CSci), a Chartered Chemist (CChem), and a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC). Stephen was formerly Vice Chairman as well as the China Committee Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
